How fast will I receive my videos/designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just 48 hours or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?
You're able to add as many requests to your queue as you want, and they will be delivered one by one.
How will I request videos/designs?
We offer a lot of flexibility in terms of how you request videos or designs using Trello. The most common ways clients request designs is directly via Trello, sharing Google docs, inspiration videos, wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write it out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it's good to go.
How does onboarding work?
Subscribe to a plan and we'll add you to your own Trello board. This process is very quick from the time you subscribe. Once you accept the invite to Trello, you're good to go. All instructions on how to use the Trello board and how to request designs are on the board.
How does Webflow development work?
Webflow development is included in the subscription. As long as your website can be supported by the Webflow platform, we will develop it. Once the website is fully finished, it will be transferred to your account, where you will 100% own it. Meaning, a Xunconventional subscription is not necessary to maintain your website.
What if I don’t like the design?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the design until you're 100% satisfied.
